Nicole Richie is Pregnant Again!

Nicole Richie and Joel Madden are expecting another child, barely one year after the arrival of adorable daughter Harlow Madden (born January 11, 2008).

In a message on the official site of his band Good Charlotte, Madden said:

"I am so happy to tell everyone that Harlow is going to be a big sister! God has truly blessed my family. Hope [you're] all feeling as good as I am right now."

Madden's message is titled "Better than winning an OSCAR!" Hard to argue with him after seeing those adorable Harlow pictures from the other day!

After a famously wild childhood, Nicole Richie has credited the birth of daughter Harlow for leading her to a more tranquil life at home with Joel.

"She gives life a whole new meaning," the 27-year-old said of her baby girl.

Many celebrity gossip followers though it was inappropriate for the singer to pose topless in Vanity Fair; others believe she's nothing more than a Disney-created hack.

Now, however, comes a true test. Cyrus is facing the wrath of an entire ethnicity, following a controversial photo in which she and friends appear to be making fun of Asians.

Earlier today, a woman acted as the plaintiff in a class action suit against Miley, one that is asking the singer to pay $4 billion in damages to the Asian Pacific Islanders she offended in the aforementioned picture.

Claire Danes: Engaged to Hugh Dancy!

Claire Danes and Hugh Dancy are getting married, the pair's rep confirms.

Danes, 29, and Dancy, 33, met while filming the movie Evening in Newport, R.I., and have been dating since, for more than a year and a half.

The American actress and her British boyfriend recently stepped out at the Screen Actors Guild and Directors Guild awards in Los Angeles.

At the Confessions of a Shopaholic World Premiere in New York on Thursday night, Dancy spoke about what he looks for in his perfect girl.

"Someone who's intelligent, somebody who makes me laugh," he said. "I know people always say a good sense of humor, but they're usually lying. What's most important is somebody who kind of has an independent life and ambition."

No word on when he and Claire Danes plan to wed. But congrats!
